According to forum rules, Matanix should receive isks and noone else.

Ok I clearly stated in the original post that the isk goes to Chiralsm, then posted with that character that he recieves the isk. What is so hard about this to understand? Anyways consider this a daily bump for the intellectually inclined. |

Forum rules state, quite clearly, that isk goes to the character being sold. Those are the rules, and I believe there is a lack of understanding on your part in this regard.
So perhaps you should edit your post and state that the isk in fact goes to Matanix. |

1. The 'For Sale/Auction' post must be made by the character being offered. This is being added to prevent scams for characters that have been misrepresented, banned, non-existent, etc.
2. You must disclose whether or not the character being sold has a negative balance in its wallet and the amount.
3. The character being sold must receive the ISK for the purchase.
4. The sell post must reflect the character correctly, posting that the character you're selling has more skillpoints or ISK than it actually has is a bannable offence.
5. You may only bump threads ONCE Per day. Date is determined by the date on the forum, not the date where you live.
6. The new owner of the character may NOT pass himself off as the original owner.
7. The character for sale must be from an active account, you cannot trade characters from inactive accounts.
8. The character being sold must be in an NPC corporation.
9. The character being sold must be older than 14 days old to avoid accidental transfers.
10. The selling of accounts is prohibited, characters may only be sold individually.

Ok then they clearly have changed the rules since the last time I checked. THIS CHARACTER WILL THEN RECIEVE THE ISK. The character will have postive isk balance in wallet, positive sec status, located in high sec, and is not on any banned accounts. Seller (me) will pay transfer fee. Hi bid as of now is 1.7 bil. Keep the bids coming. |
