I found an unstable wormhole, how do I get through? Any help?

Sure you did. Just like I found a Leprachaun. I chased his ass down at the end of a rainbow and stabbed him in the face until it wasn't funny. I ransomed him for his pot of gold, so I let him live. But not before I made ManLove to him. "GIMME YO LUCKY CHARMS BOI!"

Lol its funny because I actually did find a wormhole, and not just one, there are 3 here at the moment in a 0.0 system. But when we approach them nothing happens and theres no jump or anything?

I'm assuming you found them in deadspace complexes. Those wormholes have always been just a visual goody. Nothing more, nothing less. Whether they are going to use the same graphics for M10 there's no telling.

There are objects called "unstable wormhole" and such in some exploration sites, but they are just added there for extra shine and do nothing

I've seen them in several high sec gravimetric sites, Medium Omber often (always?) has them:
1 LCO Spatial Rift : A natural phenomena that rumour says will hurtle those that come too close to faraway places. Wary travelers stay away from them as some that have ventured too close have never been seen again.
(Assuming that this is what the OP is talking about.)
