Recent events concerning the Minmatar organizations of Oracle, The Peoples Front of the Minmatar and now the Masuat'aa Matari. It has become apparent to us that the know crimals of Oracle and Peoples Front have come together to for the Masuat'aa Matari evidence can be given here and from simple investigations into the pilots past work experience now serving in the Masuat'aa Matari.
We know full well that this new Organization was nothing more than a unified and strengthened front for those criminals to attack Amarrian civilians and traders. I did however not have any proof of their actions as of yet, and in my greatest hopes I thought perhaps that they were forming a peacefull organization and were tired of their life of crime and hate against the Amarrian people. I was wrongàà
It did not take long for them to make their intensions known to the public. Members ôanswering the call" have also been quoted as saying
ôLet Amarr blood flow !ö
ôlet the Amarr be damned for what they have awokenö
ôI shall lay down the lives of our opposition too!ö
There are many more quotes besides those be the two that confirmed our suspicions were
ôAll the more reason for us paramilitary organisations to continue our offensive operations against the Amarr. The Republic is too weak to stand up to the Empire, so we have to do the fighting on behalf of our people.ö
Clearly stating intent to fight and kill Amarrians even at the disapproval of their own republic!
ôI realise you slap-head, ham-fisted altar grovellers are a little slow on the uptake, so I'll make it nice and clear for you; Oracle (Active Freedom Fighter organisation) and the People's Front (Active Freedom Figher organisation) have united under one leader to form the Masuat'aa.

Last night, in the space of an hour, I, personally, liberated 995 Matari from within Amarr and Ammatar space, costing the lives of what I would imagine to be several hundred Amarr and Ammatar crew.ö
This clearly shows the Evil intent of this new united Minmatar Organization of crime.
The loyal members of Dark Seraph and I will not stand by and let these vigilantes go unpunished! Their sins will be paid for with their own blood.
Make no mistake we intend to attack and destroy every vessel flying the banner of the Masuat'aa Matari until their entire organization is utterly destroyed. Amarrians will not suffer any longer!
In the spirit of Reclaiming I have declared War upon them.
Today the start of the eighth month of the year 23342 19:31:00 the declaration was made.
Tomorrow the war against the newest enemy of Amarr shall begin and may god help them realize their wrongdoings, for our wrath will be furious!

I was beginning to wonder when and if CVA would pull it's head out of the sand, even though this comes from the smallest member of the CVA.
It is interesting that PIE have not declared and that AMAX cannot be bothered after Concord's clerical error caused such a head ache for Russo, but no matter Russo I'm sure we will oblige you in the near future...
A new dawn, a new war. Everything is going according to plan nicely.

The new Minmatar terrorist corporation Masut'aa Matari is a clear threat to Amarrian interests and our way of life. It combines enemies from two old foes, Oracle and People's Front of Minmatar, who have merged in order to better coordinate their terrorist efforts.
So you may ask why are they and PIE not at war already?
My answer: Ask the terrorists!
PIE already has war slots dedicated to combating Minmatar terrorist organisations and is continuing to prosecute those wars, whilst also undertaking combat patrols against pirate organisations such as the Soul Cartel Alliance who plague some Amarr systems. PIE already has more 'official' wars than any other corporation in the universe, albeit some of them are lapsed.
PIE has been responsible for inflicting GIGANTIC losses on the Minmatar terrorist cause over the past months. As recently as Monday five Minmatar ships (including two battleships) died at our hands.
I assume that Masuat'aa Matari, as a new organisation, has plenty of 'offical' Concord war slots open. PIE does not have that luxury. As the new leading light in the fight for Matari 'freedom' you would think that they could dedicate at least one war to the main obstacle that stands in their way and the corporation decimating their so-called allies. But no... so far no declaration...
How long will Masut'aa Matari allow their terrorist friends in Corporations such as Paratwa Ra, Freelance Unincorporated, Liberty Inc and SMaK Enterprises to continue to be outmatched, outfought and slaughtered?
While we wait for the Minmatars to get their house in order PIE will continue to successfully prosecute our ACTIVE wars against the other terrorists corporations.
I salute our allies Dark Seraph from the CVA for their decision to declare war on this new terrorist threat. I am sure we will be fighting at your side soon enough! If they do not make a decision soon then we may be forced to declare war but it will mean retracting one of our wars and letting other evil terrorists fly free. Something we are loathe to do!
We fail to see what is now holding Masut'aa Matari back except fear of our gallant Amarrian pilots who put their ships and lives on the line for the Amarrian Empire.

If waging war on the Masuat'aa means you must retract a war on another Minmatar freedom fighter organisation, thereby allowing them to continue their good work unmolested by your bothersome acts of attempted oppression, then so be it.
That seems to be the best solution all round, don't you think?
From the guidance of the Voshoud, the Masuat'aa shall wage war upon the empire. You, sirrah, despite any delusions of grandeur, are not the empire. If you wish to defend it, then it is in your interest to make some choices.

Hardin, thank you for your kind words. You are wrong in one statement. I am not a pilot at all. The biggest ship I can fly is an Impairor but I prefer a shuttle on those very rare events I leave my monastery.
Today it was the first time when Masuat attacked one of my pilots. Wheya was lucky to escape from superior number with her Maller outfitted for travelling and the cargo full of Zydrine. It was the very first time I heard confirmed reports of paramilitary Minmatar terrorists in the Khanid Kingdom. I expected fights would occur mainly in the Domain region but it seems I was wrong.

Yes, and that's why I talked in my previous posting about confirmed Minmatar activity. This is indeed a new experience. But I knew before my war declarartion on Masuat they are a more serious threat compared to other Minmatar.
