I've my character basic learning all to V, advanced learning to IV, and equipped with imp +5.
What else can I do to speed up my skill training further ?

I find that training skills backwards goes faster. Start training a skill at level V and then when that finishes start level IV and so on, you'll find the amount of time required to train each level actually decreases with each level.

Actually the time it takes to train all advanced learning skills to 5 VS the time you gain in regular skill training because of training them to 5 is kind of not worth it. The pay off on that is more then 3 years so unless you're absolutely sure you'll still be around then it's not worth training them.
Other then that there is no way to make skill training faster, sorry.
