Shameful, just shameful.
How dare they put the servers up early, this totally ruins my "just after DT" plans!
Keep the DT at one hour or remove it!

probbaly just focusing more time on the tournament thing thats going on so get it up quicker the bugs all seem worked out

Nothing new here ... weekend downtimes are always around 45mins or so. They tend not to do much to the servers at the weekend, saving their tinkering for weekdays

DT is 18-20 mins since last week. It seems CCP doesn't activate all systems before allowing logging in, since I am able to log in after 20 mins, but have to wait a few minutes before my (nullsec) system is loaded. This never happened before.
Good call, love it.

No systems are activated until a player enter/logs in. So whoever logs in first in every system has to wait for it to be loaded. You will notice this a lot if you fly around randomly on SiSi.
