Im looking for a amarr or gallente pvp spec char with gunnery skills maxed.
looking for
- close to 20 mill sp in gunnery
- good drone skills
- bs in at least 1 race to 5
- be able to use tech 2 of most everything for pvp.
Budgeting for 25 bill but will go to 30 bill if char is what i want.

I'd like to get 18~19B, its true that I got him 1 month ago for 17B, but he have +1M SP and I raised his Carthum Cong standing from 0 to 7, adding the 4 highest quality lv4 R&D agents.

i have had an offer for a pretty good char with 17 mill in gunnery alone.. i may consider it once i find the price the owner wants for it. please if anyone else wants to sell a char please reply here or evemail me ingame :)
