you do realize that invul costs 300m. A bit out of place considering the ship/the other mods chosen. |

I'll take a wild stab at the pve lvl 1 & lvl 2 Hookbill. It all fits, barely (for me), and the dps is pathetic but I don't do frigs well. 
A mighty 6,330 EHP an overpowering 56 dps and a blistering 344 m/s!

CN Inv Field adds about 2k EHP over the T2 version. Totally not worth the price if you're putting it on a cruiser IMO. |

In that case, congrats on painting yourself as a nice suicide target  .
As for fit, if its PVE...you need more than a buffer tank with a shield booster.
I'd go 3x BCS with, PDS or Co-processor in lows (tight fitting if all Tech 2)
3 Rat specific in mids, Afterburner and sensor booster (if using HMLs, if not then LSE)
6x AML or HML in highs depending on if going after mainly frigs or cruisers respectively. |

yeah, switched it to a T2 and also switched the PDU to a DCU

Regarding the Hookbill... kind of a cool looking ship, ****** tank, but has the Merlin disease... highs split between turrets and missiles *grrr* |
