As soon as they finished Liberty and Scorched Earth off in Fade and Pure Blind it made sense they'd look to cloud ring next. drama Thats a PL moon in Q-U they were probing. I hope DACO get some good fights and don't get heavily blobbed, they were a cool bunch to fly with. In a way it's a sad moment as Cloud Ring was really the last area of 0.0 not affiliated with any major power block.

Our corp lived there for about 3 months after all the shenanigans went on with Liberty in Pure Blind (basically they sold out their blues in an attempt to get standings with NC, that hilariously backfired on them) it was good to be living in a region of space without all the dramas, ratting was reasonable, good plexes and there were a lot of nice fights, people like Southern Cross Alliance, Skunkworks, Sons of Tangra and Evoke used to roam around there quite a bit and there were the regular guys to fight too like The Kadeshi. Our blues, Shade, Sc0rched Earth, DACO and UNNAT were great guys to fly alongside and I have nothing but respect for them. Sure it's not the greatest region in the game but it was a good place for a corp to "grow-up" in so to speak. I've lived in Catch, Curse, Wicked Creek, Pure Blind, Providence, Immensea (briefly) and Cloud Ring and I'd say CR is in the top 3 out of those regions for sure. People seem to forget most of the good regions of Eve are controlled by big entities so for a small corp to move out and find a home to settle it's often a case of "take what you can get" and CR ain't that bad. edit: Oh and W-4 -> 6-4 pipe has way more action then F7c, the addition of Black Rise region changed the traffic flow in cloud ring pretty substantially.

I was scouting W-4 area with my alt the other day, seems some alliance called stainless steel has taken sov, with badly fit towers, mostly small towers i might add. F7C use to be awesome for both lazy kills aka camping and getting fights. Just looked at who has sov in some ofr the important systems... PL you cheeky devil's you Who has the 9-4 prom moon? dont tell me thats PL too
