You sir, are entirely correct. COAD is not for slander, as this refers solely the spoken word. COAD is for libellous accusations against other players, their corps & alliances.
Example: Were I to call you a nubcake on TS, this would be slander; were I to describe you on here as an inept troll, trying for clever, but lacking the necessary grasp of english to do so, I would be entirely correct.

The Members involved are
Dakk Windoff and Jerik Telorian
They contacted me about joining there corp actin really intrested they said that as they have no offices in empire or low sec that we would have to fly down to 0.0 recommended we fly down in some combat ships for safety .
We flew down to there space in frigates as we did not wanna do 53 jumps in bulky ships and when we got down there we was asked for 25 mill per member for alliance fees to be made out in contract i have a copy of the contract and chat logs .
Once they had received the isk they said we had docking rights but when we got there we was not able to dock and started gettin attack so we warped off the basterds scammed us and tried to kill us again by sending us to one of there pos's .
Honestly is this what the game has come down to scamming ppl ??
Goons fail as they have lost one titan and have lost all respect for fair play persoanlly i think they are a bunch of bull ****ters with no isk get a life u Rookies ur scams are low down and dirty then again so are u

We in Goonswarm do not condone such unruly behavior. I would like to see the culprits of this punished as much as you do because they are ruining the good name of my alliance. In order to get the investigation off the ground I will need 150mil isk so I can bribe the proper GS authorities. Please forward this as soon as possible so we can finally have justice in this horrible situation and so the eve community is that much safer from pathetic scammers.

So I heard goons also threw away all those yellow bits at the east of the map so they could take that tiny bit of yellow near NOL to rat in. Hope you guys have enough belts.

LaFeate, in the future, you should try doing a bit of forum searching before applying to corps, especially Goons. Goons have a rule, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was written down on somewhere, that they will try to scam as much as they can out of you, and not let you in.
It's the oldest rule in the goon bible. This must be the 5003. topic on the same subject. Maybe you'll get in if you tell them they suck and that you suck too, that's why you want to join, and don't pay them anything.

LOL any person that thinks that the goons or any of their pet corps has any honor, dignity or honesty is sadly mistaken. They all lie cheat and steal at every opportunity. I wouldn't even associate my self with any of them under any circumstances. A drunk lying in the gutter has more respect then the goonies LOL. And you wanted to join them LOL. Well I guess you got what you deserved because if you were in with them you would end up doing to to someone else.

Christ, this was an epic fail. Only 150m out of a scam like this? Not even worth writing home about, really. Its only really cool when you get to 7bil or so. Or hilarious highsec griefing, but that's just because I (as are all other goons) am evil.
