Independent Manufacturers and the many friends of Kirian Skellig were trying to hold a serious memorial ceremony this evening in Usi. Unfortunately the lead up to the ceremony was spoiled by a lot of smack talking in local by the following members of Shadow Squadron.

What is your problem  Who would know you were doing a memorial service ??? I sure didn't. I usually don't watch the local chat. Only thing I did was to post a message about we were recruiting new members

If your memorial was so important and you did not want any bad press from it, then maybe as shad said it should of been held behind closed doors.
People hate spam for whatever reason, events or smack.
Im sorry for the loss of your friend and wish his family the best.
Just let what has happend lie, and if you was ever in this situation again keep it private.

If you had 20 people mining, why didn't you use your own channel?
As for our people, the only person who swore at you was Fire Lotus, and she had every right to do so, it was her husband who died last week.
It can't have come as a surprise we were there, we were posting details about the private chat channels in local in Usi over 2 hours before the event was due to take place so that people could go to them and chat in them.

No offence but some shadow squadron ppl seem to come off as ass's in those chat logs cept acorp ( the same one from EnB aka Katshuya? ).
They were holding a mermorial and wanted to pay there respect is it so hard to understand?

Eve is a game. People have no buisness forcing unrelated real world info on anyone. I dont want to see a Dominos ad in local and I ceartinly wont want to be reminded of real life events like somebody dieing.
Tragic as it might be for a guy, and his close ones, to be mugged then dieing in surgery, I dont want to know about it.

if the person who died meant that much to you, why didnt you go to his/her funeral?
