I know that there closed down alot of servers including Rising Force Online with codemasters and there over 30.000 players looking for another game to play soon plus iv invited around 20 of them to play eve with me and to learn this game. I was thinking about making eve 100x more players online an if you guys could made it so players can land on planets an level up there character to gain skills also buying armor an weapons for diffent races etc like mining or combat doing pvp an quests around the galaxys as well inspace. I had to make my own server so that some of them can still play that game but hopfully there be joining eve with me after updates on eve in march |

Stop trying to make Eve into every other game on the market. Eve is a niche game and as such it won't be like a lot of other games. Go to WoW if you want armor, weapons...etc. Ships are our armor so...meh  |

There are a lot of people who get very emotional when talking about Warcraft, and they're a lot of people who look down on it in a snotty way. Don't know why, as it is a great game, and a fine example of its genre, but EVE Online is completely different.
Some people seem to think that populist means it will be dumbed down, which is a shame, as it is always good to have more people join the game.
Saying that, I do think your suggestion would be taking EVE in the wrong direction. I'd rather CCP perfect the space combat, rather than bolting a second game onto the existing one (I'm not overly convinced that the ambulation addition is really necessary). Once the game is optimised, maybe then CCP could look to exploring the planets, but don't expect a style similar to WoW, as this is a slower, more cerebral affair.
