DJDoby	Posted - 2004.08.03 23:45:00 - [31] Thanks BIG K I have done a few, but as i have no life i finished mine first, but alot of the dj's are doing some and so it will be a vast array of narrative voices tbh. Rinny has done some as you have probably heard already. Some of the chronicles have taken over 6 hours to make whereas some of them take just 2 hrs so there really is a serious amount of effort going in to them and we try to use effects as little as possible and only when we feel it adds to the suspense. I like them alot and am pleased with the results. we have done 13 of them so far which is just over an hours worth of audio so all 84 will be a huge undertaking. I wont suggest for one minute that everyone will enjoy them, i think the quality is good and it is an attempt to hopefully attract those people that may not be interested in reading them but will quite happily download and listen, and if they do that then its mission accomplished. its comparable to - some of you will read the book but wouldnt consider watching the film version, whereas i will always opt for the film version so all 84+ will be created and they will be posted for download each week for you guys to grab as i believe they are easy and fun to listen to and in no way compromise the original text, and we couldnt seriously just sit and read the story and offer you that as it would sound lame, so we have added to the experience.
