ISK received and accidently transferred the wrong char because of my sleepy head.
You now have another char + your isk back 
I Filed a petition so hope it will get resolved soon.

(this is snafu12) sigh.... ok i hope it gets resolved today...I cant afford to transfer a char. um do you think this will be resolved today?.... ill petition also..btw i transfered my isk back to my char. and will send it when this is all taken care of.
