Will i need cybernetics lvl 5? casue i only have it up to 3 at the moment.

The Improved versions of the Attribute implants are the ones that give +5, and they cost from 85-100 million a piece. You can find them on the market all over the place.
As far as I know, none of the Skill Hardwiring implants have an attribute bonus. |

You should get into the habit of browsing the market to learn about what types of "stuff" is available. For any market item, you can open the information window and learn about it's specific attributes, penalties, applications, and also skills required.

From EVEMon I think there's some +6 implants. They're Officer-grade which I assume means they're insanely hard to get.
And yes you need Cybernetics V for them. Cybernetics I, II, and III let you use up to +3. IV lets you use +4 and V lets you use +5. |

Yes the database contain +6 and +7 implants but they were never implemented/seeded/dropped. |

While it may not seem too important now, Cybernetics 5 is also required for a lot of the interesting high-level implants too - such as the pirate sets (Slave, Snake, etc.) and the best-quality hardwirings (plugging in a 5% turret damage implant and a 5% e.g. large hybrid turret damage implant can make quite the difference to your damage output).
So if it helps, think of the 10-15 days training of Cyber 5 as a learning skill, that also unlocks a lot of very nice toys to play with once you're happy investing yet more hundreds of millions into your pod (a very good idea if you stay in empire and know how to avoid being podded).

Actually lowsec I wouldn't fear podkill, only in 0.0 where you get the bubbles, otherwise you can 99.9% of the time evade podkill in and empire engagement.

I myself though wouldn't recommend getting Cybernetics V right away. I mean unless you have someone to feed you hundreds of millions of ISK there isn't any rush to go out and grab that yet. |

You can also "buy" the ISK by reselling PLEX to other people. Sure, it's expensive, but if you have a job, it'll take a lot less time to do so :D ----------------------------------- "What can go wrong, will go wrong." |
