I would be seriously skeptical of anyone claiming to be a capital ship producer who did not have enough capital (in reference to money this time) to actually build the ship.

Seriously, with the amount of caps available on contracts/market it would have had to have been a seriously good deal... Also anyone able to build sub supercaps should have the capital (pun intended) to put it together.
This will be dealt with. |

the deal with isk uppfront, is cause they want to make sure you buy it.
So they dont have any issues getting it sold

Anyone in the cap ship production business legitimately should have enough isk on hand to not be bothered by a few days/weeks waiting for it to sell once produced.

Thats odd because I just bought a carrier from Hunters Imperiale [HUIM]. I dealt with Djabra'il and everything was okay. He gave me a good deal. I paid 400mil for the carrier and he told be someone covered the other half. I see that you got scammed and I feel bad. Send me 400mil and I'll trade the carrier to you.

Considering ppl have sold moms they didn't own with all isk up front i don't see how this is new or amazing. Cap building corps usually take 10% up front as a deposit. If someone asks for 50% up front... Well duh  |
