Im only looking for armored/skirmish warfare leadership bonuses if at all.
And not interested in lab/cyno skills - thank you for the offer though, but 2.25B/O is a little too high for my taste for a simple orca pilot (which it is to me)

Well, Hulk and Orca both have largely the same requirements, but they differ though. I just want a pilot that is allowed to enter and undock in an Orca. If it can fit gang links (armored and skirmish warfare) - that's a great plus - but it's not required. Anything else is not needed.
If the pilot is only a few days (less than a week) away from that goal, that's acceptable as well. I just need an orca pilot for fleet logistic support.

I might have what your looking for its price might be a little high for you about 3.5B just bought it and its not what I really need so getting rid of it just gonna braek even
armored warfare 5
armored warfare specialist 3
leadership 5
mining director 4
mining foreman 5
warfare link specialist 3
am training this now ==2.0 days to lvl 4 on skimish warfare
and lvl 5 takes about 8 days and 20 hrs
skill sheet has 10,303,534 skill points on it
