it wont let me ask any questions since it makes me create a new account which doesnt really lead me anywhere but back to the account creation page

Well it works for me. It maybe something in the site or your internet connection.

Hi MEEnter,
I have seen other players having the same problem. In thoose cases there is actually an account created when you get returned to the account creation page.
Try to use the "If you have forgotten your password..." tool on the login page of the support pages to retreive your password and then use it. Remeber that things might be case sensitive so you need to capitalize the right letters.

If the support site does not work for you, you can always file a petition of type "other" from in game.
