So, I've just started to examine what my attributes will be after I've finishsed training Rank1 Learning skills to 4 and the second tier to 3 and +3 implants I get:
13 cha 20 int 16 Perc 21 memory 16 Willpower
With the character being based around PvP Combat, would it be smart to reroll at this early time? |

Not ideal attributes, but it would already take you the better part of a year to pass over your current character's "useful skillpoints" if you start a new one with "better" attributes. Also, it depends on what KIND of PvP you want to "do" with the character, heavy DPS or heavy support ? Because if heavy support (ewar, for instance) is your preference, those attributes are actually better.

If you really want "optimized" attributes better reroll sooner.
Perception/Willpower are more important than Int/Mem for almost all pvp ships.

Only if they are going to drop the Attribute Reasignment feature from the March Expansion.
Otherwise, it looks like you will be able to sort out any "problems" with your attributes then. |

Dont reroll
they are chageing things for Ap, from the sound of things a 5 15 5 5 5 base character will be posible., then in 6 months just change it again to optimise skill training.
god I wish I was kidding. |

I just created a new alt a month ago. I am tempted to reroll him as he will get double skill training train until he hits 1.6M SP which he won't hit until March 10th or so...
Call me annoyed. |

so bascialy whats will be the ideal set up will become 15 primary and 5 secondary with +3 implants boosting that to 18, + 4/4 boosting that to 25, and learning V (now manditory) boosting THAT to 27.5 with your secondary being 5+3+8 or 17.6
or did they decide to auto grant the learning skills to 5/5 on top of everything else?
yes Im anoyed but im not exactly complaining either.

if the attribute rebalancing on the test server makes it to the real game then a LOT of problems like this are going to be solved for good.

I find it best to keep your attributes as close together as possible with Perception and followed by Intel.
No matter if you PVP your gonna have to train up Intel/Mem skills at some point. |
