yeah, you heard me. What's the deal w/ these "events" where can I get information on them and how do I participate. It seems that I hear about them all the time and I'm sorta tired of missing out

Thing is they cant advertice it to everyone for #1 the system would stick, with too many players in it, #2 they dont plan events for alot of players, #3 rp-issue

What fume said, but here's a big event: Caldari Championships and here is another one. You can also keep an eye on the Events forum, but player created events are also discussed there. You can also check The Scope: News reports for events that has already been held, might not help but it might give you an idea of what kind of events there are, though the posts are in character. Other than that, keep your eye out in EVE, you might just find an event..

There's also roleplayed stuff on the events in the Intergalactic Summit. And also ocassional reports on Eve guardian (when it gets back up and running).

The race channels are also a good place to hang out, over the weekend I managed to see two. One in the Amarr channel (the thing with the cult, some Amarr navy officer wanted them dead) and one in the Gallente (That GFLT guy, devon or something, turned up looking for 5 cruiser poilts to take part in a small tourny with 5 clients of his.... they had to fight guys who where flying ghouls and a Federal Issue Megathorn... they got slaughtered.)
