It's 24 hours - calm down, call a search party and go hunt him, geeze.
If it's because he's logged in and in space somewhere, just wait for him to log off or ninja him out of your corp post downtime before he manages to log back on.

Yeah like others have said go blow him up if you have this burning hatred for him. It will make that 24 timer so much moar enjoyable after the fact. Especially if he has no clue you want to boot him and manage to talk him into flying his shiney faction fitted bs on a mission with you.
