CCP has stated the T3 ships released for the next expansion are "Strategic Cruisers". This means while sizes may vary due to the components chosen to glue one together, they are all just that: cruisers.

Only caldari and minmatar models seem to be in at the moment. Amarr are all spheres, and Gallente subsystems havent been seeded properly so no one can fly one yet. |

Ah, but one must strategize to find the best load out for one's shiny new T3 ship.
Besides, Modular Cruiser is far too blunt and not at all creative. It'd be like naming EVE Online "This Isn't a Glorified Spreadsheet, Honest! Online."

Fitting screen is terrible, and needs a lot more work before it's ready.
High on the list of things to fix. 1) It's transparent, I can't read or discern anything. 2) Hard to see what turrets and missile launchers you have mounted. 3) Can only have drone or cargo bay open at one time, not both. Fix this.
More stuff, but I'm currently flying in a shuttle so it'll have to wait. |

All rank 1 apparently. They require level 5 in some low level prerequisites that any older player will already have, most likely. They also require racial cruiser 5 so that's the only real time sink. |

Subsystem skills are rank 1, Electronic, Engineering and Defensive are int/mem, Offensive and Propulsion are per/will. Ship skill is rank 5, per/will. |

Minmatar is majorly gimped against KIN/EXP, as might be expected in exchange for better resists against Amarr lasers. Personally I like that, at least in the case of T3. I wonder if resists are being changed for any non-T3 ships too. Not necessarily sure I'd be as okay with that.

None of the bonuses seem to be described yet.

Nice the original eve guide I read said willpower was the best stat so I maxed it, with perc being pretty low. Coming up on capital skills I appreciate that! Looks great!
