I came back from 3 week break from EVE due to work and found my account inactive eventhou iŠve payed for my full month !. Its now been almost 2 weeks of petitioning and sending emails to CCP about my problem, and iŠve recived NO HELP.
I have done what the post from Orestes said and rentered my info.. several times. IŠve checked my card at the bank, my bankaccount is full of money.
As i see it. CCP owes me 2 weeks of playing, and also if my "inactivation" has resulted in no training, they owe me 2 weeks of training aswell.
Can CCP Spell . Customer S.U.P.P.O.R.T .
My real account is Dreez.. FYI.

I have checked digit by digit and iŠve missed no one, made no error when writing. My Bank assured me that my card was still good, And my bankaccount is setup to ALWAYS store 20$ for EVE each month.
Today i will phone directly to CCP in Iceland and have a chatt, and if that dones not help, and iŠve recieved no help by THIS friday - Im quiting EVE permanent ... .

Update: Today when i phoned CCP , the only answer i got was: - Contact the Customer Support... right.. IŠve seen how fast they work . *cough* 2 weeks *cough*.

Update : Been 2 weeks to the day, was hoping for a bithdaypresent from CCP in form of an Re-activated Account - Guess not. Ordered a new card this wednesday , will arrive in 3-5 days - Words cannot express my feelings for the customer Support when i pay for play but get a 2 weeks wait.
