As an Amarr/Amarr with 3 base charisma I was unable to jog my
other stats around without putting 2 points into charisma.
According to a BH, this is by design. Sounds awfully stupid that I'd have to waste points in a stat I never wanted so I could remap my other attributes.

That's the price you'll have to pay for having only 3 charisma. Giving you the option to remap and keep your 3 charisma would be unfair to new players/characters.

I agree with op, but question is, did CCP even think of this problem for Amarr/Amarr?
My guess is NO. |

No, new players can still get the minimum 3 in a stat. The current TQ base is 3 and it should stay that way so people can return to their original stats if they want to. Personally I think it is just an oversight from the devs and hope they fix it. |

just be glad the guys at the cloning facility actually gives you clones. I bet a person with that little charisma must be a drag talking to :p |

Hope they fix it, base 3 is ok i really don't see the problem, i have 3 +9 from learning +5 from implant, and i can train cha skill without problem. |

not the point... having only 3cha, having those extra 2 attribute points in a more useful (in general) attr, gives you an advantage over other races. |

Yes an advantage as an scientist or a fighter. a disaventage as a COE or others roles.
I mean it's cool that not everyone is equal... It just depend on what you plan doing.
I realy don't care realicating 2 point in char, seriusly, but well i just don't see the point of it
