I need helping finding a setup for this ship that includes recon prob launcher and the covert cloak, it can be shield or armor tanked.. TY PEOPLE!

You need to supply what you're wanting to do with the ship and what level of the recon skill you have.
Tbh, the new cloaking elite industrial ships have really stepped on the pilgrim's role.

well I was thinking empire and low sec plexs, and basic pvp and recon lvl4 lol both to find them and clear them :P
anything would help just looking for ideas

Best to wait for m10 cause the new low fitting exploration only probe launchers use up a tiny 15 cpu vs the 220 of the normal one. This will let you fit it out with no issues with recon 4. If you know you are only going to be up agains a certain type of rat then swap the rigs and invul out for rat specific. As in you would pop in a kintetic hardner along with a kinetic and thermal rig if you are in guristas territory. After m10 just pop in the new launcher and your good to go. As far as pvp fit you really need recon 5 or you will gimp your setup with all the cpu II in the lows.

are you sure this will be coming out? and guessing by the name its just for wormholes and wont be able to scan down ships or plexs? |

Yes, the low fitting launcher is for exploration only and will not fit ship or moon scanner probes. This will be so you won't be required to use a cov ops ship for exploration and a sa***aurd for combat ships in w-space to have a way out if the probe ship gets popped. Scan time is only 10 seconds with unmodified skills as now it will be all about how you place your probes and not the chance based mechanic it used to be. Get all your probe skills to level 4 asap with signal acquisition being your first level 5 as it will be changed from scan time reduction to scan strength increase.
