Okay so, I've been trying to get into the Singularity server all week, but when I initially downloaded the patch it was somehow the wrong patch[I followed the instructions crudely given by CCP] So after it finished(30 minutes,roughly) I was very excited, and I clicked that shiny Vista button "Allow". I told the updater where to update and it said the eve.exe file was not there! So I went into a "wtf" mood and looked in the folder and saw it there and was confused. I posted here but with little help.
So! I have now re-did everything! I downloaded a new patch file, for premium. I remade my EVETest folder, and set it up just as CCP states too. I run the patch file, I tell Vista to allow, and then this;
This file is for classic apparently! So I double-click on the eve.exe file and It loads Eve startup and then I go into Settings -> and Graphics too see that I am RUNNING PREMIUM CLIENT VERSION OF EVE!
Now would you like to elaborate CCP! Does anyone have a "How to connect to the test server" Guide?! This is beyond frustrating, and I'm sorry for dreadful English it is now 11:41PM

Your appology doesn't make it any more understandable; you said some things that contradict each other.
So my best guess at the answer: CCP is discontinuing the Classic version of Eve. The Premium version now contains a "Lite" mode for people who used to run Classic. (I don't know if you need to apply the Classic-To-Premium Tranquility patch to be able to run on Singularity with Premium Lite?) If you had Classic and the update gets you Premium, that is the way it's supposed to be now. -----------------------

This, the patching mechanism is functional, you don't have to download anything beforehand if it is working. 1. Make the testfolder 2. Copy the content of your PREMIUM client into the test folder. which you stated that you have. 3. Make the shortcut to start up Singularity 4. Start up the newly created Singularity shortcut 5. If it's not going to autopatch, then first then, download something that you have use off. 6. And there's a choice between the clasic and premium client for patches.

WOW! Great pathcing guys! [Around 5GB's worth of downloading I've done]
So I "auto-patched" eve and it gave me this message;(in a nutshell) I have classic, and this patch is for premium.
When the truth is I HAVE PREMIUM CLIENT! That's what I run my regular EVE on, and that is what I copied, and made my "test" server file as..
