Looking at the skills and counting the number of times each attributes is needed as a primary or secondary, it seems sensible to conclude that you can optimise your time training in all skills if your prioritized your attributes thus: Int, Mem, Pcp, Wil, Cha
Caldari Deteis Scientist and Minmatar Sebiestor Tinkerer stand out with 10 and 11 in Intelligence, Gallente Intaki Reborn and Caldari Deteis Merchandiser are worth a look with 11 in Memory.
However, after rolling the numbers and adding in the +5 granted during creation :-
Caldari Deteis Scientist Int: 12 (10+2) Mem: 9 (7+2) Per: 7 (6+1) Wil: 5 Cha: 6
Minimises the points wasted in will and charisma, perception is average, and Int and Mem are pretty damned awesome. I dont think any other character will be able to train as fast as this one. Even given you might need to retrain for a different races frigate :P

~That assumes you want to train all skills.
I think that assumption is faulty since specialisation is the best way to get somewhere fastest. _______________________________________________

Amarr races are superior because you can end up with a 4 in charisma which is the lowest. Assuming you don't want to be uber agent guy.

unfortunatly these "attributes" dont matter. because we all know that the best attribute to have is good looks, and well, minmatar excell in this area. just look at me. so d*** sexy.
"I despise playing Eve. I'm forced to play it by 4 Samurai's, 84 non-league football teams and a threatening slice of celery."

Willpower does end up being one of the lower stats. But it's irrelevant once you average out all the required skills to properly equip and operate a ship.

Well it seems to me that the only worthwhile specilization in eve is fighting. Everything is pointless :(. Since you gain basically nothing with it. Wow I can get 5% more minerals than you while mining, wow I can use 6 research agents who don't give me anything, wow I can make everything in game if someone would just give me the minerals, or wow I can refine better than anyone else. Who cares, you can make more money faster NPC killing than anything else. But anyway, if I was to start again, I'd go with trying to get a similar Int, Mem, Perc a little lower in Willpower and as low as possible in Chr (its real pointless unless you want to be an agent running CEO of a massive coorperation).

Without chemistry there would be no life. Without research we would know nothing. Without Eve we would all be lost. |
