Some tips not mentioned in the video. It's a good start but lot of time is lost by guessing etc.
Prepare your map.
When you open the map, the map control panel has a tab letting you filter what you see. You can remove about everything except scan results, probes and a few other things. That will give you a clean map with less cluttering stuff. At worst, at least remove the tooltips so that you don't click on them by mistake trying to move a probe.
The filter: Explained in the video, check only cosmic signature (unless you're scanning for something else obviously).
The probing
Drop 1 Deep scanner and depending on the size of the system, expand or reduce the range. The deep space probe can go up to 500ish (unlike mentioned in the video, they are not limited to 64). There are a few very big systems in Eve. I usually go for 128AU so it's a "can't miss".
Also, core are limited to 32 and yet, your deep probe might give you a result sphere 32 wide and putting 4 core in a cross over it, you might miss part of the result sphere.
Why 1 and not 4 at the beginning? Simply because if you don't get a result with 1... you can move on to the next system. Time efficiency
If you have a hit with 1, click on the result to see a white sphere telling you about where it is. From there and depending on the size of that sphere, you can either drop 3 other deep probes or recover your first deep and directly change to core probe.
If you get 2 signatures, keep on deep probes. Fire 3 more and put them in a cross-like shape with the white sphere inside the range of each probes.
At this point, you'll get the red dots you need telling you where are the signatures. Using deep also ensure that you don't fall in the situation with the red circle and whatnot. You get a location everytimes.
WARNING: IF YOU HAVE 2 RESULTS - DO NOT CLICK ON THEM IN THE SCAN WINDOW. You'll lose the other spot on the screen unless you scan it again. Not clicking on the results will ensure that the red dots stays on your screen and you can scan both of them at the same time.
When you have your dots, change to Core. Recover the deep probes. Drop 4 core probes (or 8, depending on the number of results.). You can remain at the default range (2AU if I remember correctly) but it can be easier to expand them a bit for better control. Especially if you are in a big system.
You can put them in a cross-like shape around the red dot making one of the arrow of each touching the result. You can bypass this by putting all probes directly on the dot. The reason for this is that you CAN'T get a 100% hit unless your probes are at a range of 0.25AU. But when you'll change the range of your probes, you'll see that they are much farther to the result that you might think. And a pain to place on the right spot.
Big note here as I see people having a hard time with moving probes saying they warp all around to place them. Click on a probe and your camera will move centering on it. You really don't need to warp all over the place to move your probes.
When you got your probes on top of the result(s), change the range of your probe to 0.25AU and start working them again so that one arrow of each probes touches the red dot. While the cross-shape will give you the location, you won't get a warpable hit yet so move one of the probe on top or bottom.
I'm fairly confident (but devs might have to confirm) that if you don't get a 100% hit at 0.25AU range with 4 probes, it's not a wormhole. All wormholes I found were with 4 only. If I don't get a 100% in that configuration, I don't bother. Cause it usually means that you'll spend 15 more minutes putting more and more probes to level up the % a wee bit. Worth the trouble if you're searching for fat deadspaces or things like that but not for wormholes.
When you get your 100%, recover probes... and warp to it. The message you'll get is "WORMHOLE LOCATED". If it's anything else (or nothing)... not a wormhole.

I was for frigs or smaller and went from Syndicate to Esoteria, was about 54 jumps away. When I find another wormhole, I'll make sure to Fraps the experience for all you folks.
That's very interesting, since wormholes do not work on the entire SiSi server, but anyway.

Wormholes leading from known-system -> known-system works (At least were during this week). As if you were jumping a gate but you don't go through an in-between unknown space. While a dev mentioned that the possibility to find those wouldn't be common, 5 out of 6 of my last were of these type. (Note that it's the test server so they might not be that common when it hits TQ).
The wormholes not working (saying they are collapsed when you try to jump them) are the ones leading to the unknown space. ------ This sig space is Read-only ! omgalink - Online Skillsheet |

Ah. I still haven't found any of those wormholes either though.

You sure that wasn't the new laser animation, rather than blaster? It is an Amarr ship after all, would be odd to have railguns on it.
At least I really hope those are the new lasers, because they look awesome.

Yeah, and great job on the Neural network one. I hadn't even noticed it on sisi. The fitting screen have changed to a more final stage since you made the vid, but your comments still apply i guess. But you apparently haven't flown a buffer tanked torp raven in a small gang pvp. It really can work out very well

must say I'm kinda disapointed with how the new nos effects turned out, I saw the vid of them during fanfest and it looked way sweeter then, that and the nerf to lasers, not cool. not cool at all. __________________________________________________ I was Amarr before they were the FOTM and I'll be Amarr after it! Just sat and watched all the vids, very well done and liking all the new effects and other options.
The new fitting screen is a huge step forward from what we have and the option to save fittings is going to make most peoples lives a lot easier. ----
God gave us a brain, he also gave us a voice.
Shame some people have yet to connect them.
