What happens if my character, that's a member of a non factional warfare corporation, joins the militia? Is he automatically kicked out of the corporation? Can he join back in while still a member of the militia?

To be in the militia you must be a member of a corp in the mitilia: either a player cor that has joined the militia or the NPC militia corp. |

i have some more questions about this...i would open a new topic but why bother right :p
-Can a corporation be in the militia without it's alliance being in the militia? -If the alliance is in the militia, does this makes every member of the alliance in the militia aswell? -What is the difference between being an individual in the militia and in a corp that's in the militia? -When in militia, can other factions players which are not in their faction's militia attack me in my faction's high sec? -Does the concord get involved in the militia or just the faction's navy? -how do i leave the militia? and is there any penalty than to me?

Basically when you are in the militia, you are under a war declaration from two enemy militias (Amarr and Caldari versus Minmatar and Gallente). Corporations can join the militia as if it were an NPC alliance, and individuals can join the militia NPC corp, but alliances cannot join. If you are in the militia and enter the enemy factions' high sec, their NPC navies will spawn to shoot you. This is not CONCORD and it is not a guaranteed death, but they are tough.
Only members of the enemy militias can shoot you with impunity in highsec - either your highsec or theirs, or a third party's like Khanid space. They can also shoot you in lowsec without drawing sentry fire at the gates and stations, which means they can attack you with any ship, even a small tackler, in lowsec. They can pod you.
You can leave at any time. If you are a corporation, you have to wait until the next downtime to be officially out of the militia. I have enrolled and unenrolled my corporation several times and there is no penalty.

- alliance can not join militia, so your corp would have to leave alliance to join - see above - no big difference, but always easier to fly with your mates - no, players must be milita members to be able to attack other milita members in highsec - concord does not intervene in militia fights - you can leave anytime without penalty (need 0.5 faction standing to join)

yes, or if you are in a militia corp if their faction standing (average of all corp members) drops below 0.5. However, the standings update is very laggy so some days up to a week may pass before changes in standings are visible and take effect.
