When goon dictors landed on the scene, his laughter was uncontrollable. I won't be pasting quotes from goon forums as they are what you can expect. Anyway, the amount of damage this has done to KenZoku needs to be controlled, sustained and hardened. This Titan was lost becouse one heck of lack of understanding of EVE game mechanics and combat, and that makes this loss so painfull. I highly suggest a public execution of all pilots involved in this decision, The FC, The titan pilot, all directors who were active and present in that fleet from every corporation - since they do not clearly have any ing clue off this game and should not be here. Post their resignation letters and apoligies to warmongers lounge and see them booted within next 24 hours. Members deserve heads to be rolled in a style never seen before as more than just pride was lost with this titan. If there was more people involved in this decision than just EVOL guys so find out who they were and pack them in the same bunch. That is what I urge CEOs to do. ps. This is the moment where you all need be strong and give a message to every single ing member of this alliance that stupid ** like this has zero tolerance policy and failure to live to exceptions of this alliance is punished so harshly that baby jesus cries, in public, not behind hidden doors. The war dec thing we were fairly certain wouldn't work. That was also not the only reason stated. The sov 1 in a day thing was based on CCP's own documentation which has since been updated. My bad for relying on CCP for guidance on how their game works. What I should have done was ignore the published documentation and relied on the solid evidentiary history of alliance disbandings and reformations since the last patch.

Thug what is your typical macronutrient breakdown over the course of the day? I usually eat about 6 times a day (I don't count my pre and post workout shakes), and try to consume 40g of protein per meal. The carbs and fat tend to vary, but I try to keep the carbs to ~25g a meal and ~15g of good fat. One or two days a week I go higher carb, ~50g for the first couple meals. Do you do the same? Very low fat like you suggested is actually a bad idea. It has been proven that most people lose more weight on a low carb/higher fat diet than a normal carb/low fat diet. As long as you get your fats from good sources, you're better off. Mittani, I must say I am liking the verticle pinstripes. I just bought a black/white pinstripe shirt and it is p ballin. Also What is your opinion on kilts?
