So now that the NC is all in the South who is watching the store front in the North? 
Have arrangements been made before they left or is it the perfect time for a land grab to happen while resources are elsewhere?? 
Has the keys to the North been left in the hands or iron and mostly useless 
At this point XXXXXX could walk right through the front door and make themselves comfortable anywhere they wanted?
What Political arrangements were made before leaving? Or did you forget to lock the door?

There is no alliance not blue to the NC that could win over IRON / Mostly Harmless / Majesta Empire.
No alliance includes Kenny
NC simply has way better pets that doesn't have to call the overlords when they get attacked licke Kenny-Pets. |

Confirming the the North is completely empty. Why, just yesterday I CJ'd back up there to fly another ship to Delve and there was no one except for one group of CareBears on the entire route to the BWF - Empire gate.
Given the vast expanses of NC space its apparent that you've arrived during the NC's Migration Season. See, Instinct causes the NC breed to migrate South for the Winter, returning to their Northern CareBear breeding grounds each Spring when the new expansion patches bloom.
Fear Not! For the sweet smell of T3 will lure the NC back soon!
