Character also has many mods spread around Eve.. and a pile of T2 mods/ammo where he sits.

Character can travel through all of high sec.
Got a set of plus 4's and 3 clones.
No kill rights.

Buyout - 12bil
Auction Ends - Feb. 21 @ 2300 GMT

check out the rules bud, as far as i know the character being sold must receive the isk.. then it can be divided as you wish from that character before selling |

but yea petition it if he doesnt return it he will get banned happened befroe the guy got a 1 week ban for arguing with the gm about it beign his isk : /
