So, got banned for no reason (not on this account) and i forgot where to send flames complains spam mails to get an explaination of what happened and what led to my dog's character banning.
TL;DR -> Where do i send mails?
was it something like [email protected]?

dicussing moderation , banns on forum is a against the rules... your post has been reported for such and will be closed 
and the person who was banned ... which i am guessing is you even thought you trying to dicuise it that your not cant fool my eyes

Mails to this address go unacknowledged and unanswered both from personal experience and from a myriad of other posts i have read on the forums.
Their "virtual desk" is wonky - so you should open a petition if you wish to complain about this.
BUT
Make sure you chose the correct section to complain (under subsection forums) as if you file the petition under the wrong section - they tell you to email the mods@ address... which dosent work.
Its laughable really. Very shoddy.

Do persevere and complain though. If enough complaints pile up about the modding perhaps something will be done to halt the recent decline

I always used to send mod stuff to that address and get a reply, anyway, I've just sent a mail, lets see if anything happens.
