1. Eve Launcher stuck at Checking GUI version... - in EVE Launcher [original thread]
Today, the launcher gave me "Please wait Checking GUI version..." message. I wonder how long I'll have to wait before the message changes to something else? Knowing CCP, I won't be surprised the answer is forever.

ECM is working as intended. If there's one thing that I would remove, that would be Signal Distortion Amplifiers as other forms of EWAR don't have an equivalent module. Might also add a rig that increases the strength of Target Painters.

A carrier with 15 mining drones and 3 mining rigs should outyield a hulk. Not that I desire to mine with a carrier, just pointing out what I found to be a design flaw. Introducing heavy mining drones should be enough to fix that flaw.

If you try to pre-heat a module while cloaked, you'll get a "interference from cloaking..." message. I find this silly, since pre-heating a module first and cloaking afterwards doesn't cause such problems. Allow us to preheat modules while cloaked.
