even with 15 rr bs your very susceptible to counter attack. Your gonna need serious amounts of dps, probably in the order of 30 - 40 bs to be able to take down the tower in a reasonable amount of time while being flexible enough to repel boarders....

depends on what you fly for preference. If you fly ceptors cloaky recons or t1 cruisers usually i'd recommend solo. Anything bigger stick to the gang. Solo harb is teh win tho.
