Starter Belleren	Posted - 2009.12.18 22:54:00 - [1] I've been considering joining red vs blue since my corp isn't going anywhere and I definately want to learn PVP a little better (or in fact, at all) before considering going to nosec. Question the first how do I do this? Question 2.13456 Open ended request, feel free to share your experience and advice I'd like to know more about Red vs Blue, are they still active whats the currecnt rule set do they have another forum?(the one i found dosen;t seem to exist anymore). Thanks in advance for all the useful advice, sarcastic comments and abuse :)

Tip of the day join the channel RVB before you apply and figure out which corp needs you more ex. your timezone and active hours because i believe red needs American TZ players but you would need to check in RVB or convo Wraithstorm RED CEO or crazygirl blue ceo look forward to playing with you if you join RED DESTINY! (lol)

Application: Put in application at Tourier III-Republic Assembly for Red Fed or Alentene - Astral Mining Reserve for Blue Republic Not too important which side you join, basically the same, both have fun people. Blue needs Euros and Reds needs US timezone people to have a better balance. Applications are accepted quite quickly 3. Forum: http://rvb.tech-pc.com/ 4. Killboard: http://redfed.eve-kill.net/?a=home 5. Rules: If you're Red kill Blue, if you're Blue kill Red. Kill ships only, no podding allowed. A few more rules, read forum. RvB is the closest thing EVE has to an "instant skirmish" mode. You can just log on for an hour or two and instantly get into a nice battle. If you are new to PvP, its probably the most accessible way to get into combat as people use T1 cruiser or smaller (though there are sometimes BCs and BS). There are also a lot of 1v1s available if you like that. GJ Plave, Wraithstorm, Crazygirly, blue and red m8s in getting this working and running this. A very cool instance of players successfully creating the experience they want out of EVE.

A week later I had seen what RVB is all about and applied myself. Having a blast in here. Will never look back. _________________________________ More blood for the blood god.
