I was looking for such great pvp occasion since the ammar one.
And boh CCP tosses this with absolutely no time to prepare.I cant believe this.
Who ever with work or studies , not having holidays , can manage to prepare and turn up for this on such short notice?
I peronally felt like if i have been slapped in my face
"You work. you have rl.So no way you can take part in a great Eve event"
I hade to give up in alliance my possible team place , couldnt manage .

if i had 1 weekto prepare im sure i could handle rl to participate.
As it is im screwed.
I was never angry at CCP , not even when i lost ship to lag.
Now i really am.

Think of it this way, this is an alliance contest. As an alliance can NORAD put together three good pilots on relatively short notice? Its part of the contest.

Good point.
However ,while understandable from that point of view, it still seems to me wrong.
The gap between harcore players and those with less time is huge.Why widen it even more that way?Wouldnt it be better to organise events in a way that max players can attend?
