I'm still dividing my time between here and another game recently.
It's pretty cool (if you like RP) and kinda sweet. It's just browser based, nothing at all like EVE, though it does have a lovely sandbox environment. Or at least it did. Devs slowly capitulated to a segment of the playerbase there and it's now much more restricted than it used to be. 
But still good fun. I'm really only back there because my other half dragged me back. Interestingly I got them into it a couple years back. I've been there since '07 and have around a dozen characters in a large family. Go figure.
I'm kinda lost there now though, since the side of the game I was most imvolved in (law & crime) has been nerfed. My main character was a religiously fanatical crime fighter who used to love pursuing and arresting criminal players before chronicaling the tales in blogs, trolling the **** out of the crims.
So now I can't be super-cop anymore I'm like.... eh.
Maybe she'll become a musician or... something. 
Or maybe get married and have more babies... or something.
Least I can still go zombie hunting.
Cool game. Poke me if you wanna check it out.

Just been mulling some (relevant) stuff over with them.
A fellow RPer and gamer (I'm kinda lucky there already). And my god. It's genius ... I really should give them more credit than I do. Such clarity of vision regarding interpersonal conflict and some .. related things. No wonder I love them.
Also, I can hear my sandwich burning on the toaster.

You're right, you need to find something else to distract you. 
I very, very rarely use EVE-search anyway, personaly, and Chribba's kinda elluded in the past that he dislikes the whole "free/pointless likes" thing. I get the feeling he's not much of a lagl fan, but couldn't say for sure. I've noticed EVE-search seems to do some weird stuff with a lot of the forum's sections. I guess he hasn't bothered to update it over time to match backend changes here on the actual eve boards. Understandable too imo.
The only thing I find that site is ever useful for is interesting/fun forum stats or to read deleted posts/threads if the site was lucky enough to catch them in time. Doesn't bother me from that perspective, I always stand by my own posts, even when I remove them because it's never to hide anything (I mean duh, even the posts I edited today for example had already been quoted), it's merely a small gesture of respect or humility.
Maybe someone from the "lagl cartel" may have some more insight on it. Or perhaps just say Chribba's name three times in one post. I'm pausing at two.

At the end of the day Boss has an objective. And at this point trashing people on the forum will only hamper it.
It's a space issue of space honor that will be dealt with in space. Naturally though you'll be able to read all about it at some point.
