dont think it matters that much when you have got an xp3000+ but yes....the sound WAS ok b4 the PATCH.......another work around if your cpu cant handle the extra workload is to press ctrl-Alt-Shift+F12 to turn the sound off then press it again to...

phaux just thought......it usually does what you said when only in windowd mode and you have Eve resolution set higher than your desktop resolution......you are in fullscreen mode arent you?? press esc key while in game. ALUN
