I'm glad the speed tanking is being looked at but it does not seem as if the dev blog covers what i consider the main issue for it the fact that no matter how fast the ship goes when you get hit by something bigger than you. You'll get shredded....

While i find the idea of ambulation in eve a fun thing to kick around I feel that it will probably be like everything else in the end when it is first put into effect in eve. It won't work there will be horrible things wrong with it and in the end...
