T2 is hardly 'fancy' ;) To convert the above setup to complete T2 fit (except the rigs), you need repair systems 4, hull upgrades 5 and energy systems ops 4. Not a huge amount of training. Upgrade your reps, at least... --

It is indeed just CCP being inconsistent. There are no modules that lower your resists. Liberator 1, look up how resistances are calculated. They don't just add up Over 100% resists might just be a little overpowered, ya think? --
