There are rigs for different things but when building ships I notice that there is a lack in of any skill, module, rig that decreases the signature radius of your ship. Say a rig that puts a "paint/membrane" on your ship that dampens your sig radi...

Well its a I was on sisi the other day and we convinced a dev to talk about dust 514. Well we did not get much out of them but we got them to hint at the meaning of the name. its not 514 its 5/14. Meaning he said there are 5 races and 14 sub races...

Its more as a balance issue. But then you would not able to control your ships in its final moments before it hit so in theory the hulk could make a emergancy dump of porpelent from one side of its ship so that the frig misses my cm. Kind of like ...
