To the best of my knowledge it does work in a C4. C1 through C3 - You can build caps, with very little chance of getting them out. I think you can get them out of a C3 and into a higher class WH, but it's rare. No capital escalations in the sites...

This turned out to be a scam. The wormhole has a static C5 link (V911), and no other wormholes. We should have known it was a scam when he was "blown up" in system, and needed to sell within 24 hours.
