Escrow method more usefull, because only resiever char has to come to station to pick up stuff. Char that gice can do it from any location in Eve, so long as stuff already at that station.

Well, NPC do not use cap yet, but they have fixed small amount of cap that could be vampired. Yes, there are no indication that it is doing something and amount so small (8 cap for small nosferati) it is dificult to notice.

Time to learn = base time/(Main attribute + 0.5 Secondary attribute). basicly that mean if main attribute = 8 and secondary = 8 you will learn 2 times faster then in main = 4 and secondary = 4; on other hand 20 and 24 is only 20% difference.
