I happen to think the rifter is the best non interceptor frigate in the game.. for P v Cruisers anyway Sure the Kestrel does more dmg, but its hard to out run missles indefinately and also if you can you can't still keep a low enough sig to not g...

Exactly the same setup I was using :-) I've got Cruise missile lvl 4 and can take down a 750K Battleship (Megathron). Once you get to the last 1/4 it takes loads of missiles as it repairs almost as fast as you dmg. I'm guessing anything over 75...

God I hate Cap issues. I'm planning on using hardners in the lows and cap reays as it only affects sheild boosting not Armour repairering. Would I need 2 armour repairers to get a decent rate of repair? Also what do people have in the middle apa...
