The back half of my legion disappears completely when I cloak up using the covert ops subsystem. Therefore there is only half the ship visible when cloaked..but when uncloaking the whole ship becomes visible again. Don't know where else to report...

As said above your dps with covops subsystem is too low to do lowsec and even some high sec combat sites. You can travel cloaked with the liquid crystal sub and swap out to a suitable active tank pve fit for a given site, but even then the legion ...

agree with going for a dead space booster before factions as they give a much better boost. I think mediums are pretty expensive..if you can go large a pith c type is under 100mil.
