Ah, I got you. If I had leadership 5, then I would go with the FC/Squad Leader set up. But due to me being leadership 4 I need to be squad leader/squad member set up. Cool. That makes sense.

Restating so I understand - So when I start the fleet, I am in the FC position. Once my partner joins I need to move myself to a squad commander position, and him to a squad commander position. That correct?
