same problem here, ive tried reducing to minimum resolution and detail, setting eve to maximum priority still just isnt working - gona try playing with some of the registry settings, if that helps ill get back to u

well all that technical terminal info means just about nothing to me :P but i did have this problem, you need to install graphics drivers to play eve, if you already done that then i dunno what to say although after that you may need to download...
