Found the fix to launcher crash video_TDR_failure I went into Nvidia control panel to set a Phys processor: and set it for my video card. I also set my power to high performance.

As I understand it peeps are only to get kill rights on you if you pod them in low sec or gank them in high now. People still have kill rights on me from previous patch. We re they not supposed to be deleted in new patch?
