I already know what cause this to happen. You go to the setting then change the block or allowed ISK fee to start a private conversation. Tried clearing cache what else you think could fix this?

Additional info. After more testing it seem that the local ISP is somewhat not working well today so with that out of the way due to cause of d/cing. The issue I have with channel (no one talk to me even through they are there!) is even more baffl...

I didn't have this problem when I was last online last weekend. Autopilot my way through caldari/minmatar/gallente seem to have equal chance to d/c as mining while afk each 3 min or so. Plus I have this strange chat problem. *local work just fine ...
