Do the agent missions get more difficult the higher your standings get cause i been doing level one missions and they have been fairly easy, but this last one had me running back to the station for repairs twice. Just wondering how that works.

I got a 110,100,000 bounty on my head and want it removed. If i pilot an expensive ship and a little over 550,500,000 isk worth of implants and go to low sec to get podded will that work for removing it?
